SU SK in the Chelyabinsk region opened a criminal case into the death of a man on the attraction. About this department reported July 15.
The tragedy occurred yesterday at the Aisky pritesy (Satka district). A local resident descended across the Ai River on a cable – this attraction is called a zipline or trolls. As a result of the accident, the man died. 74.RU referring to eyewitnesses, he says that he, presumably, crashed on the stairs, since the zip-line did not have time to stop. This might have happened due to a mistake by the Grifon park instructor.

A criminal case was initiated under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers, resulting in the death of a person by negligence).
“Currently, the investigator of the Investigative Committee is conducting a complex of investigative actions to establish the circumstances of the incident. The perpetrators are being identified, whose duties include organizing the safe passage of the attraction, ”the IC said in a statement.
74.RU writes that Grigory Shishov, an individual entrepreneur, is the organizer of the Grifon extreme park. In addition to high-speed zip-line descents, guests are offered cliff jumping, a swing over a 6-meter-high cliff, a rope park, descent into a cave, hiking and caving.
