At the time of this writing, it was impossible for Street Fighter 6 players to unlock the Platinum Cup on PS5 or get all the achievements on Xbox. Street Fighter 6 first released last month to widespread critical acclaim. The game has been hailed as a return to form for the franchise and perhaps the best entry in the long-running fighting game series to date. However, it was not completely without problems. Although the online multiplayer game works fine for the most part, Street Fighter 6 has had some server issues and issues with its tournaments. If tournaments are working properly, Street Fighter 6 players will be able to visit Sebastian at the Event Counter in the Battle Hub and jump into a tournament for themselves. Unfortunately, issues with Tournament Mode have resulted in none currently being available, making it technically impossible for fans to unlock the Platinum Game Cup. Related: Choosing this Street Fighter 6 character might put you at a disadvantage Street Fighter 6 has three tournament-related achievements/trophies for players to unlock: Peak Gaze to enter the tournament, Strong Determination to enter five tournaments, and Dominate Like a Ninja, which Earned by winning 10 Street Fighter 6 tournament matches. Some players were able to unlock these achievements/trophies when tournaments were already available, but everyone will have to wait for Capcom to bring the feature back. Until that happens, Street Fighter 6 Platinum Trophy will be impossible to unlock. There has been some confusion regarding Domination as the achievement/Ninja Cup in Street Fighter 6 because its description is inaccurate. Description For this particular Street Fighter 6 Achievement/Trophy requires players to win 10 tournaments, but in reality, they only have to win 10 matches in those tournaments. This is still likely to be a challenge for many Street Fighter 6 players, but it’s not such an insurmountable task that it should be the hardest achievement/trophy to unlock in the entire game. Their unlock rate is currently 0.01%, but it should be much higher when tournaments are already in the game on a consistent basis. Tournaments will properly return to Street Fighter 6 eventually, and fans can count on Capcom releasing new fighting game content on a regular basis. Street Fighter VI has enjoyed strong sales and will likely be Capcom’s number one fighting game for years to come with new characters, cosmetics, game modes and other content added over time. Street Fighter 6 is out now for PC, PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X. More: Street Fighter 6: Why Ken is suddenly a top-notch pick
