The life of the 51-year-old opera diva has changed dramatically since the beginning of the SVO. For some time, a native of Krasnodar tried to sit on two chairs and remained silent on the topic of our country’s actions in Ukraine. But when it came to dismissal from European theaters, she made her choice.
Then Anna released an appeal in English, in which she essentially turned away from her native country. After that, a powerful wave of hate from the Russians hit Netrebko. And soon the brunette’s nerves gave out – she began to give out harsh comments, in which she once even dubbed all those who disagreed with her position “dumb lizards.”
This behavior of the singer brought the desired results. Its position in the West slowly began to recover. Today, Anna regularly appears on various European stages.
But the state of stress, apparently, did not let go of Netrebko. At least, the public came to such conclusions following seeing fresh footage with the artist. On them, she leaves the hall with an unsteady gait.
