Investigations under the supervision of Major General Muhammad al-Sharqawi, Director of the General Department of Investigations, revealed that information had been received regarding the frequency of Mahmoud Abdel Shafi, the owner of the “Build Your House With Your Hands” project, who is fleeing from several court rulings on charges of defrauding a real estate in the Dokki area.
