If you have to work in person or remotely on Sunday, July 23, which is a holiday for Air Force Day, you will be paid triple for the day:

A daily remuneration for the holiday (which is already included in your salary) Second remuneration for the work done Third remuneration for having worked the holiday without substitute rest.

Example: if your monthly salary is S/1,500, the daily value of this is S/50; so it would correspond to you to receive S / 1,600 at the end of the month.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WORK ON A HOLIDAY AND REST ANOTHER DAY?

If in case you agree to work with your employer on July 23, but want to take a replacement leave followingwards, you will only receive your normal remuneration, without any additional payment. This option is also given to employees who are working remotely or not in person at their companies.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE HOLIDAY FALLS ON MY REST DAY?

If the July 23 holiday falls during your mandatory weekly rest day, you must be paid double for the following items:

A remuneration for the holiday Second remuneration for the weekly day of rest.

Example: if your monthly salary is S/1,500, the daily value of this is S/50; for what you should receive on your next bill S/1,550 (an increase of 50 soles).

WHAT IF THE HOLIDAY FALLS DURING MY VACATION?

Workers who are enjoying annual vacations during the holiday are not entitled to the payment of additional remuneration; Well, before the vacation break, the company paid them their remuneration, which already includes the holidays. Holidays are paid in full and are not subject to subsequent compensation.
