“Tractor upside down in Bach” was the text in the alert that reached the Perwolfing volunteer fire brigade in the Rohrbach district on Thursday at 2:19 p.m. One of the legendary 15-series tractors had become independent and landed in a creek following regarding 500 meters.
Because liquids had spilled, oil barriers were immediately erected in the creek, the tractor was put back on its wheels and pulled out of the creek. In addition, the voluntary fire brigade Rohrbach was requested for support.
The Perwolfing fire brigade was on duty for around 2.5 hours with 19 firefighters.
The Rohrbach district authority was informed regarding the contamination of the creek and the soil at the accident site was removed.
