Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology can become an ally of organizations, enabling the improvement of their systems, with the aim of optimizing day-to-day activities, as well as allowing the more assertive delivery of results and experiences. According to the 2023 Agenda Search, published by Deloitte, 70% of the companies interviewed have investment in AI as part of their business strategy. At least 20% of them already make use of the technological resource.

Also according to the survey, part of these companies (13%) apply AI for customer support. Within this scenario, an example of a technological resource that can be used to develop and improve the relationship with the consumer is the integration of ChatGPT with other company systems. The combination of support processes with technology makes it possible to provide information that can be used to study and outline customer purchasing behavior and optimize competitive strategies.

For Ricardo Nunes, CEO of TRIO Tecnologia, having the systems integrated and talking to each other is very important, as it allows information to move between departments, generating better exchange and understanding of data. “This way, managers can propose sales strategies and improvements in service, in addition to improving controls and productivity, reducing day-to-day problems”, comments Nunes.

There are some applications that can exemplify how ChatGPT can be used to improve relationships with consumers, such as integration with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), enabling customer service via chatbot, automating processes and consolidating data next to business intelligence.

TRIYO’s CEO warns that in order to have a complete and safe use of the integration of systems with artificial intelligence, some points of attention must be observed, so that no data or interaction with customers is lost, such as: managing several data formats, make scalable demands and ensure information security.
