SINGAPORE, April 20 /PRNewswire/ — Founders of TradeFlow Capital Management (TradeFlow), Dr. Tom James and John Collis, have acquired 81% of the company’s stock to regain full control of the company’s strategy and operations from LSE listed Supply@Me Capital PLC (SYME). This transaction closed on Friday June 30, 2023 and was announced on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

John Collis, TradeFlow CRO commented, “This is an important milestone for TradeFlow. As founders and CEOs, Tom and I bought 81% of the company. This is the first step in a period of significant growth for TradeFlow.”
