GENEVA, 11th July, 2018 (WAM) — His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Defense, Interior and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federal National Council and Chairman of the World Council of Muslim Communities, affirmed that youth are the ones who make the future, calling on the youth participating in the Peacemakers Youth Forum to arm themselves with knowledge and work on Spreading the values ​​of peace, coexistence, dialogue, acceptance and respect for others.

Al Nuaimi said, in a lecture he gave during the activities of the sixth day of the forum, which is organized by the Council of Muslim Elders, that the United Arab Emirates represents a pioneering model of diversity, coexistence, tolerance and acceptance of the other, as more than 200 nationalities of various religions, cultures and nationalities live in social integration and integration.

He praised the efforts made by the Council of Muslim Elders headed by His Eminence, the Grand Imam, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and expressed his thanks to His Eminence for his belief in the roles of young people and his keenness to encourage them and give them the opportunity to innovate, create their own future and lead societies for the better.

The President of the World Council of Muslim Communities sent a message to the youth participating in the forum and said: “You must work hard to spread the values ​​of peace, coexistence and tolerance, and believe in yourself and your ability to shape the future.”
