Cairo: The Arab Developers Holding Company, one of the largest real estate development companies, has announced its contract with Infinity, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in Egypt, to construct charging stations for electric cars in all of its projects. On renewable energy sources, with the aim of contributing to preserving the environment, reducing carbon emissions, and reducing the cost of living for the population.
This also comes within the framework of the Arab Developers Holding Company’s management plan to enhance customers’ confidence in the company through partnerships with major companies in its field to provide the best services to the population, as well as increasing Egypt’s share of real estate exports by meeting the needs of foreign customers wishing to reside in smart and environmentally friendly projects.
The partnership contract was signed, at the headquarters of the Arab Developers Holding Company in Heliopolis, by Dr. Ayman bin Khalifa, CEO and Managing Director of the Arab Developers Holding Company, and Mr. Shams Abdel Ghaffar, Managing Director of Infinity E for Car Supply and Shipping, in the presence of Mr. Jamal Fathallah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Developers Company. According to the partnership contract, the Arab Developers Holding Company will provide places suitable for establishing electric car charging stations in the company’s 9 residential, commercial and administrative projects distributed between east and west Cairo and the coasts of the Red and Mediterranean Sea, as well as providing a permanent source of electricity, and technical and technical supplies and connections necessary to operate station.
Infinity will undertake the establishment, equipment and operation of the stations in accordance with the approved technical requirements and specifications, and the development of technological programs necessary to operate the station and electric charging devices.
Methods of accounting for customers for consumption, access to services, and collection of these dues electronically using the prepayment system.
In this regard, Dr. Ayman bin Khalifa, CEO and Managing Director of the Arab Developers Holding Company, said that “Arab Developers” is one of the first real estate development companies in Egypt to adopt the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt’s Vision 2030 in its various projects by relying on providing a structure Smart infrastructure, and the use of renewable energy in providing services to the population, and to complete this vision, the company succeeded in contracting with “Infinity”, which is the first private sector company to obtain a license to invest in the field of establishing and managing electric car charging stations, to establish stations in our residential projects.
He added that Infinity will start constructing 4 stations to charge electric cars in our residential and commercial projects in Neom New Cairo, Pyramids, October, and Mostakbal City, and we look forward during the coming period to opening new stations in Sia Lagoon on the North Coast, and Sia Island in Ain Sokhna, and each station will provide a current charger. Ayman bin Khalifa pointed out the importance of establishing electric car charging stations in the company’s projects, to contribute to achieving the state’s plan to shift towards the use of electric energy instead of traditional fuel, especially in light of the abundance of electric capacities, and the creation of infrastructure to encourage the population to own electric cars in order to preserve on the environment and reducing pollution, in addition to reducing the cost of living for the population; Because charging electric cars is less expensive than their traditional counterparts, pointing to the importance of the availability of this service to achieve the company’s goal of increasing real estate exports, due to the preference of foreign customers to rely on these modern cars for transportation.
