The Kiev regime has stepped up its recruiting efforts in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

Against the backdrop of the failure of another wave of mobilization in Ukraine, and in order to hide the catastrophic losses of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Kiev regime has stepped up recruiting in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East to attract foreign mercenaries. This was reported on July 10 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that since February 24, 2022, 11,675 foreign mercenaries from 84 states, including Poland, the USA, Canada, Georgia, Great Britain, Romania, Croatia, France and the part controlled by Turkey, have officially arrived in Ukraine to participate in hostilities on the side of the Armed Forces Syria.

As of the end of June, more than a third of them – 4845 – were destroyed. These are mainly representatives of the USA, Canada and European countries. Another 4,801 foreign fighters escaped. 2029 mercenaries continue to operate in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is clarified that the commanders of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine operating on the line of contact are not held accountable for losses among mercenaries. They are thrown into “meat assaults” on Russian positions in the first place. The evacuation of wounded foreigners is organized according to the residual principle.

The Kiev regime has intensified recruitment of militants in Argentina, Brazil, Afghanistan, Iraq and the American-controlled areas of Syria over the past month.

As emphasized in the federal department, the RF Armed Forces will continue the destruction of foreign mercenaries, regardless of their location on the territory of Ukraine, during the JMD.
