There’s no one who follows WWE who doesn’t know that John Cena has been absent from WWE since celebrating his 20-year career last June. His last match was at SummerSlam last year once morest Roman Reigns, a match the Tribal Chief won.
A well-informed source announced to us in the followingnoon that the 16-time WWE champion will appear on the last episode of SmackDown in 2022. WWE will confirm everything during the blue show the same evening that it will indeed be the case that The Champ will be at the last show of the year.
This last blue show of this year which will take place on Friday, December 30 from the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
As a reminder, if John Cena does not enter the ring in 2022, it will then be the first year since his debut in 2002 during which he will not have made any match.
According to another source, more announcements regarding this show should be made in the coming weeks.
WWE is obviously preparing a big show for the last of the year with several surprises.
Mark your calendars, @JohnCena is coming back to #SmackDown on December 30th!
