In a massive and emotional act, the pre-candidate for Mayor of Ituzaingó, Pablo Descalzo, presented the complete list of pre-candidates that make up the Unión por la Patria Ituzaingó formula, facing the PASO. The event took place at the historic Club GEI stadium and was attended by officials from the executive, legislative and judicial branches, residents, merchants, industrialists and local journalists.
During the ceremony, the current Mayor Alberto Descalzo, pre-candidate for first Councilor, the pre-candidate for Mayor, Pablo Descalzo and the pre-candidate for Councilor Natalia Lazzeri, took the floor, who reviewed the milestones and the path taken throughout the administration of the current Municipal Government; and in turn, they made known the proposals and objectives in the short, medium and long term that will be key to the construction of the Ituzaingó that is coming.
The Precandidate for Mayor Pablo Descalzo was deeply moved and grateful for the accompaniment of the people of Ituzaingó, and made reference to the opportunity that the generational renewal that his candidacy implies within the framework of sustained growth represents for the city. “I took my first steps in these streets, accompanied by the love and strength of my teachers, my teachers, Cecilia, my mother. And it is in those values where I forge my unwavering commitment to this beautiful municipality. We have grown, we have developed, but there is still a lot to do. Politics is a transformation tool; the one that allows us to plan, dream and carry out projects; and the pride of being Ituzainguenses is what always sets us goals forward. With strength, love and commitment we will continue building the Ituzaingó that we deserve.”
For his part, Alberto Descalzo, current candidate for Councilor, said: “I believe in the legacy that Perón left us, he created generational transfer and I believe in leaving space for new generations. In Ituzaingó we managed to build a city where our children and grandchildren live surrounded by nature, with the green that characterizes us so much, in a healthy environment, with clubs, squares, spaces for sports; a city with opportunities for education, training and work. That is the challenge that summons us, and Pablo is the one who best represents that spirit. He prepared his whole life, studying, working, militating; I know how much He loves Ituzaingó.”
On the other hand, the pre-candidate for Councilor Natalia Lazzeri emphasized the management from the Productive Development Secretariat in the Municipality: “I am proud to be part of this list. We want to continue making Ituzaingó grow, that Ituzaingó develop, and this has to do with the union of all of us; to see our children develop in their city, with projects, dreams, that they know that Ituzaingó will accompany them and give them opportunities.”
In this way, the pre-candidates began the electoral campaign for the PASO on August 13, who will accompany the Pre-candidate for President of the Nation, Sergio Massa, the Pre-candidate for Vice President of the Nation, Agustín Rossi, the Precandidate for Governor of the Province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof.
