An old beverage that it was time to dust off. Considered the medicine of pilgrims in the 12th century, very popular in the 19th century and long seen as the alcohol of the ancients, Armagnac nevertheless conceals many gustatory pleasures. An eau-de-vie produced by distilling dry white wines, the digestive from the South-West of France receives a twist of freshness in this recipe, while being slightly acidic and terribly greedy.
