Mr. Cirillo, Swiss Post will increase tariffs by up to 21 percent by 2024. Is there any reasonable justification for such a hefty increase?
Roberto Cirillo: These price increases are urgently needed. On the one hand, we have to ensure that we can finance the rising costs of letter post. The volume of letters is decreasing, but at the same time Swiss Post must and wants to maintain the high quality of delivery. On the other hand, we have to maintain our economic viability and ability to invest with the packages. This is the only way we are able to meet the increased requirements for parcel post. In addition to inflation, the drivers are the higher costs for operating and maintaining the infrastructure and rising fixed costs, for example for the wages of the 47,000 employees.
