Epic Games has launched new special challenges for players in Fortnite. This week, the title received temporary activities with the Summer Escape challenges, which offer exclusive rewards. The themed event will be available until July 18 in the free battle royale.
While the Summer Escape event is available, players will be able to find different types of activities in the Sunset Lagoon, while performing tasks to get cosmetic items that will remain in their inventory forever.
Summer Escape Challenge tasks and news
With the Summer Escape challenges, players will have three tasks to complete in a row in Epic Games’ free-to-play game. Check below the dates and rewards of each of the special tasks. It’s also worth remembering that all challenges will offer players double XP.
First task: From the 4th to the 7th of July / Envelopamento Nanicas
Second task: From the 8th to the 11th of July / Sapito Back Accessory
Third task: From the 12th to the 16th of July / Florido Flight Smoke Trail
In addition to the tasks and rewards, the game also offers other new features such as the return of the Frozen Ice Cream Cone and the Cremosinho Special Dessert. The Fireworks Flare Gun is also one of the new items.
Summer Escape will also reward players who destroy 10 boulders starting July 11th, offering an Ancient Ax Pickaxe as a prize. Additionally, starting on the 12th, all players who climb within 30 seconds of breaking down a door will earn the Starry Sea Wrap.
