XCMG Machinery recently launched a range of new electric products in the Brazilian market, including five trucks, two loaders and an excavator. And spread all over the world.
XCMG Brazil inaugurates the operations of its electrical equipment division with a new battery of materials that are more tolerable for the environment. The E7-49T electric truck adopts an electric motor with a power of 482 hp and a torque of 2,000 Nm, as well as a 4-speed automated transmission which saves energy when starting. While the E7-29R is a semi-heavy 8×4 model with a rigid frame to support the transport of various types of cargo, the electric truck can also adapt to urban environments as it has the advantage of being less noisy. The battery has a maximum charge capacity of 282 kWh and a range of 150 kilometres.
XCMG introduced three off-road trucks more suitable for mining operations. The XGE5900E has an electric motor producing 680 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque, the mid-range model XEGE95 (816 hp and 1,400 Nm of torque) which can carry a net load of 60 tons and reach a maximum speed of 43 km/ h, and the XDR80TE, XCMG’s largest off-road model electric motor featuring a 749 hp engine and 4,9000 Nm of torque, as well as a battery charging capacity of 525 kWh, a gearbox 4-speed gears and a track on both rear axles.
Meanwhile, the XC918-EV and XC968-EV electric loaders are designed to suit operations in smaller spaces and tackle “heavy lifting” respectively. The XE270E electric excavator, which achieves true zero emissions with an ultra-large battery with a total capacity of 525.1 kWh, is the largest tonnage electric excavator in the industry. More than 10 units of XCMG LW700KN and LW800KN heavy loaders are currently working in a diamond mine in Angola. A new order from the same customer has just been placed for wheel loaders and bulldozers, which should be delivered soon. The 9-ton high-performance loaders will feature the new load-sensing fully variable hydraulic system, re-optimized power train and dual-brake multi-function brake pedal.
Earlier this year, XCMG exported two units of large concrete pump trucks to Morocco, HB69V and HB62V, a new generation of equipment developed by XCMG and XCMG Schwing. The HB69V is by far the largest concrete pump truck China has exported to Africa, with a vertical delivery height of up to 68.1 meters. With a fully optimized design, the HB69V truck can easily achieve a high delivery rate, easily meeting local customer requirements for high pumping volume, high construction height and wide operating range. HB69V can be widely used in construction projects including housing improvement, hospitals, municipal engineering, ports, etc.
In central Vietnam, eight XCMG XR280E rotary drill rigs are currently working on a new steel plant construction project. The project site is located in a mountainous region with a complex stratigraphic environment, the XR280E has greatly improved the construction efficiency as it achieves a drilling depth of 10 meters per hour, while ensuring the stability and success of the drilling .
