Police responding to a 911 call found the trash bag containing human remains on a residential block near Northern Blvd. at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday, they reported. Daily News.

Police are questioning a man in his 30s who was found with a gun and knife while walking near the scene Wednesday night, sources said. But he has not been charged in the case.
