Threads and Twitter: Will the new app be the battleground between Musk and Zuckerberg?

Meta is launching a new blogging app called Threads to compete with Twitter, days following Twitter CEO Elon Musk announced temporary limits on the number of tweets users can read on the platform per day.
Meta, which is headed by Mark Zuckerberg, revealed that the application “will be affiliated with Instagram, and will allow users to follow the accounts they follow on the platform and keep the same username.”
The two men had dated last month over a “cage fight” that Musk called for in a tweet, to which Zuckerberg responded via Twitter, saying: “Show me a place.”
