A man, identified as Renato Diego Aquino (27), was recorded savagely attacking his pet in the Jhon Impett alley in the San José urbanization, Bellavista, on July 2.
In the video cameras, broadcast by ATV, Aquino is seen holding the puppy’s leash and throwing it once morest the wall, causing the small animal to end up almost motionless on the ground. On other occasions, he has also been recorded hitting him and throwing him to the ground.

The outrage of the neighbors was so great that they went to the attacker’s house to rebuke the mistreatment. A neighbor indicated that a relative of the abuser even justified it by saying that he suffered from stress and that it was the way to relieve himself of it.
Given this, the neighbors managed to rescue the animal with the help of the municipality. He was immediately taken to a local veterinary clinic.
