Storms with heavy rain caused 120 fire brigade operations in Carinthia on Tuesday evening. According to the main fire station in Villach, a defect in the rainwater drainage system may have caused water to enter three floors of a component. The “massive water damage” was repaired within three hours with six water vacuum cleaners.
