28-year-old woman stabbed, Syrian citizen (35) urgent suspect
Vienna (OTS) – Today, on Monday, the Grätzl around Brunnenmarkt became the scene of a tragic crime once more: “Investigations into the murder of a 28-year-old woman are ongoing. A Syrian citizen is under strong suspicion – the alleged murder weapon is once more a knife. We have confidence that the police will fully clarify this tragic case,” said the security spokesman for the Vienna People’s Party, municipal councilor Hannes Taborsky.
In recent weeks and months, the Vienna People’s Party has been criticized very harshly by left-wing opinion elites. The social problems in Vienna’s problem districts that have been pointed out do not exist at all and cultural diversity is the order of the day in Vienna. “In the Brunnenviertel in Vienna-Ottakring there are currently more diverse problems than cultural diversity. Anyone who addresses real problems in Vienna gets caught in the crosshairs of opinion leaders who prefer to whitewash problems,” says Taborsky and continues: “As the Vienna People’s Party, we are clearly on the side of the people who work every day, abide by the laws and our values and principles respect. Because it is precisely in the problem districts that these people deserve to work and live in safety.”
“The Brunnenviertel, along with many other focal points in Vienna, is a symbol of the integration policy for which the Viennese SPÖ is responsible. Ethnic communities isolate themselves here and continue to live without the need to integrate culturally and socially into the Viennese majority society. We already know where this is going from other major European cities such as Berlin-Neukölln or Paris,” Taborsky continues.
“The subjective sense of security of the Viennese is constantly decreasing – the main reason for this is the emergence of parallel and counter-societies. While the Viennese SPÖ and the NEOS continue to look the other way, we as a people’s party will look and actively offer solutions. The Viennese have a Right to feel safe in any part of our city,” Taborsky concludes.
