The Russian attack on the 47th Brigade’s tank column took place on June 8 in the Zaporizhia region. The Ukraine had left behind, among other things, Leopard 2A6 tanks and US Bradley M2 infantry fighting vehicles, as the Twitter account Oryx had reported. According to Forbes, however, the losses were even higher than assumed at the time.

The anti-tank defense had hidden in rows of trees. In addition, the column was “hit by drone-supported artillery fire”.
