Al-Marsad Newspaper: Fatima Al-Sayed, a sports trainer and nutritionist, revealed the easiest way to lose weight, using ingredients found in the kitchen.
Fatima explained, in a video posted to her TikTok account, that the system depends on breaking the fast with one or two eggs, either boiled, or with a small piece of butter, next to a vegetable plate containing lettuce, watercress, pepper, and tomato, with a quarter of a loaf of bread, and a piece of cheese can be added as well.
She added that the alternative is 3 tablespoons of beans with half a spoonful of olive oil and adding spices to them along with a piece of cheese and a quarter of a loaf of bread, noting that the third option for breakfast is eating a piece of cottage cheese with a quarter of a loaf of bread and a plate of vegetables.
And she indicated that the next step is to have the favorite drink, coffee or tea, at home with 3 almonds, walnuts, or Sudanese nuts.
As for the lunch meal, the nutritionist said that it will be a protein, whether it is a fish the size of the palm of the hand, a piece of chicken, or a piece of meat next to a plate of soup.
She pointed out that the rice dish can be added to the lunch meal if bread is dispensed in the morning, or vice versa. After that, fasting is done for the second day for a period of 14 hours, without eating any other meals, while drinking liquids constantly, but without milk or sugar.
