Three protein bread recipes without wheat flour

Seed bread

Ingredients:

150g of flax seeds.
-200g of chia seeds.
-60g of sunflower seeds.
-6 eggs.
-150ml of water.
-1c of baking soda.
-1c of baking powder.
-1c of sal.

Bran bread

Ingredients:
1 cup oat bran
3 eggs
5 tablespoons of seed mix
3 tablespoons skimmed cream cheese.

lentil bread

Ingredients:
2 cups of soaked lentils
4 eggs
1 cup of natural yogurt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
seasoning to taste

Procedure: Soak the lentils from the night before, remove the soaking liquid and blend together with the rest of the ingredients.
Place in a mold with parchment paper or greased and take to the oven at 180 degrees for 30 min.
