On Wednesday June 21 at the French Football Federation, the Jury of the Prix Sensationnelles elected the podium for season 2 of the program initiated by Intermarché to promote women’s amateur football.
After the presentations on stage of the 9 finalist clubs, the jury deliberated by secret ballot. FC Pas du Loup (Montpellier, Hérault, Saint-Valéry district) won by an absolute majority ahead of Saint-Dizier Football Féminin (Haute-Marne) and Thiais Féminin FC (Val-de-Marne).

This evening, we heard regarding football of course, but also and above all regarding society: integration, sexism, childcare, links with schools, disabilities and the fight once morest inequalities. The societal dimension of the actions of the clubs throughout the territory is very strong. »
The winner FC Pas du Loup convinced the jury with its ambitions of accessibility (free license), fight once morest the digital divide (equipment and workshops at the club), and professionalization of leisure and health sports supervision. He thus wins 10,000 euros per year for three seasons, but also 14 days of training for his young players in the temple of the round ball, the National Football Center (Clairefontaine, Yvelines).
The jury also praised the “Growing Together” project of the Saint-Dizier Football Club Féminin, built around its four commitments (acceptance of difference, respect, self-esteem and enjoyment of the game), and the role of social integration of the Thiais Féminin FC for young girls from the neighborhoods and children with disabilities like Lydia and Mélissa, both players who testified in a video.
