Closed by the Afsca on June 19th by order of the Afsca, the Ixelles caterer Roland can reopen its doors tomorrow, Saturday July 1st. He announced it to his regular customers. “The Roland team is pleased to announce its reopening this Saturday July 1st. We look forward to being able to welcome you back to your butcher’s shop,” writes the caterer.
The caterer had to close shop because it did not meet Afsca standards in terms of hygiene and the temperatures of its fridges. A regular customer of the Afsca, the caterer Roland has therefore taken the necessary measures and validated the new check carried out this Friday by the Afsca.
