Transfers between Schools for the New Academic Year 2023-2024: Important Dates and Conditions

Parents are looking forward to the opening of transfers, on Saturday, July 1, 2023, between public schools, private schools, and official experimental schools (experimental) 2023/2024 at all stages of primary, preparatory, and secondary education.

Masrawy publishes details, dates, and conditions for transfers between schools for the new academic year 2023-2024.

Conditions for transferring between schools for the academic year 2023/2024

1- The transfer is not to more than one administration in the same governorate.

2- Transfer links are available electronically only between the different departments, from private Arabic to government Arabic, and from private languages ​​to experimental languages ​​and distinct, or to government schools in Arabic.

3- The transfer to the private or from outside Egypt, that is, the returnees from abroad, is on paper and there is no electronic transfer for them.

4 – It is not allowed to transfer from Arabic schools, whether governmental or private, to experimental languages.

5- It is not allowed to transfer in the primary stages of public (experimental) schools for those who did not obtain a certificate for the kindergarten stage from a private language school (the condition of transfer is the presence of a statement of enrollment for the two stages of language kindergarten).

Transfer steps between Cairo schools

1- Enter the link that the Directorate will announce when the door for transfers begins.

2- Click on the services panel, then click on school transfers.

3 – A menu will appear in front of you with three options:

– Inquire regarding the conversion result

4 – Click on the “Transfer Request Form” field, then fill in the required data and click on “Next”.

5 – The guardian completes the transfer and approval request and clicks on “Next”.

6 – The data entered will appear, and the request will be confirmed by clicking on “Confirm Request”.

Transfer steps between schools in Giza Governorate

1- Enter the electronic transfer link from here

2- Click on the Transfers tab.

3- The guardian records the data of his son.

4- Make sure to enter the student’s national number.

5- Then, following filling in the data, the guardian clicks on confirm the request.

Required papers following accepting the submitted electronic transfer request:

1- Four transfer forms, provided that this data is filled out by going to Student Affairs, provided that there is approval from the school principal.

2- 4 recent personal photos of the student.

3- A money order stamped from within Student Affairs.

4- Obtaining the approval of the transferring school.

5- The guardian shall hand over the file of his son, the statement of success and his examination papers, and create a new file for the student transferred to the school.

It is noteworthy that the governorates require, at the stage of accepting the transfer of the student, that the guardian must bring proof of housing, whether the current one or the new one, “ownership contract, utility receipt, lease contract with proof of the date of the real estate declaration.”

Some governorates, including the Cairo governorate, require proving the guardian’s address with the personal card, which is the same as the address with the accompanying receipt. In that case, the guardian must change the residence with the personal card to the new residence address. .

It is scheduled that the door for transfers between public schools, private schools, and official experimental schools (experimental) 2023/2024 will continue to open until August 15, 2023, provided that the result of the transfer between schools will be announced at the end of August or early September.
