As he commented, he was married for 7 years, but Sebastián Ugarte commented that having done things in a hurry passed the bill to them.
“I was very young, I finished my degree and we got married right away, in a bit of a hurry. I had won a scholarship abroad, so it was all like running. And of course, we did not manage to mature the relationship, ”she commented.
“And myself, I needed more life, more experience. It is not good to act like this, it is best that things happen naturally, when they have to happen. As a person, you have to know the precise moment when relationships are ripe, without any kind of haste when things have to be done,” added the doctor.

Despite his failed marriage, he learned from his mistakes and is now very happy and in a solid relationship with Antonieta Ortiz, with whom he has been with for 3 years. As he commented, they met in 2019 on a flight from Puerto Montt to Santiago and they immediately had chemistry.
“Fortunately I have found a woman that I love, that I admire, she is a teacher, see how she talks regarding children and how children talk regarding her,” Ugarte commented with admiration.
“Suddenly we are walking down the street and a young man appears: Miss, how are you? And he hugs her… And they still remember her fondly. Many times they tell you: it is that you have been the funniest teacher I have ever met, with the best sense of humor. And she says, ‘well, I’d rather be remembered because I’m the best academic, the smartest, but worse is nothing,’ she dies laughing!” she concluded.
