The disability card is a legal document issued by the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (CONAPDIS)which is in the governing body for people with special limitations, also in charge of promoting the inclusion in the workplace of people with disabilities.
Similarly, the CONAPDISwatches over the human rights of the disabled.
In this sense, the disability certificate allows the person to enjoy exemptions from the National Executive. As for the various special conditions, they can be of various types: auditory, visual, intellectual and motor skills.

Below, we detail the necessary requirements to process the certificate of disability:
-The applicant must go to the State Directorate of Comprehensive Health closest to his residence
-When attending, the person must submit documents that support their disability, such as: medical report, exams, among others
-The State Health Directorate will issue a report indicating the disability (visual, intellectual, hearing or motor, as appropriate)
-Go to the CONAPDIS headquarters closest to your home and request the series of precautions in order to issue the certificate
-The entity is in charge of verifying medical reports and other documents. Finally, the certificate is delivered to the disabled person.
