The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, through the Department of Environment, Health and Safety, launched the “Eid Clothing” initiative on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha to gift workers new clothes, within the framework of the municipality’s commitment to the values of social responsibility, activating humanitarian and social initiatives, and keenness to devote the principles of communication and compassion and the promotion of social solidarity.
The initiative included visiting 100 construction sites in Abu Dhabi and distributing gifts to 1,000 workers in these sites with the aim of making them happy, bringing joy to their hearts, and sharing their joy in Eid Al-Adha.
The Environment, Health and Safety Department has also invested in this initiative to enhance its role in implementing the occupational safety and health management system in the construction sector, providing the best and safest work environments, and urging workers on construction sites to fully comply with the requirements of environment, health and safety in order to achieve the highest levels of security, health and safety for all workers.
The municipality, represented by the Department of Environment, Health and Safety, extended its sincere congratulations to the workers on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, wishing them a happy and blessed Eid, and a happy and happy life.
