There is less than a week left until Eid Al-Adha, and with the start of the celebrations, some people want to tighten the abdominal muscles, so nutrition experts recommend following a set of healthy habits that help in just one week to achieve that goal.

A simple abdominal muscle pulling exercise with inhalation and exhalation contributes to obtaining a flat stomach, and this exercise can be practiced for 10 seconds while exhaling, with the exercise being repeated for 10 repetitions at least 3 times every day. The abdomen is compressed, which prevents it from appearing distended.
