Oświęcim – The sisters Anna-Maria and Eirini-Marina Alexandri won European Championship gold in the technical freestyle of the synchronized swimmers at the European Games in Poland. The duet won the competition in Oświęcim on Thursday with a lead of over 18 points. For the Alexandris it is the first European Championship gold following, among other things, two silver medals in the continental title fights in Rome last year.
