Wearing square-frame glasses and a denim shirt, Yang Guanglei, known as one of the “Six Knights of TSMC R&D”, returned to Taiwan from the United States at the end of May to teach leadership courses at National Taiwan University and gave an MBA speech at National Chengchi University. “Talents in the future must have a more overall thinking,” Yang Guanglei said in an exclusive interview with the digital version of “United Daily News”, pointing out that the future cannot only be pure hardware or software. If the general public wants to become a sought-following talent, they must cultivate “overall view and systematic thinking” in terms of thinking. In terms of technology, they must be able to understand the basic language of “the field they want to participate in”, and cooperate with AI and cross-field colleagues to communicate better.
