Orlando (Florida/USA) – This short TikTok video sets a good mood in seconds! The work shows the guide dog Marli walking with her mistress Hailey Skoglund (22) at Disneyland in Florida. Curiously, the golden retriever lady wears pink Crocs on her paws. A little boy’s reaction to this has been causing tears of laughter to flow for the past two days.

In the clip, which is only eight seconds long, Marli can be seen at work. As she guides 22-year-old Hailey through the exciting park, they are met by a young boy sitting in a buggy.
Then it happens: Although there is one excitement following the other at Disneyland, especially for small children, the cute brat really freaks out. He yells with all his might: “The dog has shoes on!”
Not only on site, but above all on TikTok, spontaneous laughter breaks out following this wonderful reaction. Fortunately, Hailey filmed the strange moment.

“As you can imagine, when I go somewhere with Marli, I hear all sorts of comments in passing, but this one really stood out,” added the young woman, who has been blind since she was fourteen due to an eye disease.
“I still have some residual light and color vision, but I’ve lost my peripheral vision and depth perception,” Hailey told US magazine.
Luckily, since she’s had Marli, her life has gotten a lot easier. She is passionate regarding making the world a better place through “education, advocacy and awareness raising regarding low vision, blindness, disabilities and service dogs.”

That’s why she’s very happy regarding the success of the clip: “It’s my first video that really goes viral and I’m looking forward to reaching a larger audience and spreading my message.”
