At the Austrian Film Prize, which was awarded last Thursday in Vienna Corsetactress Vicky Krieps the award for the best female leading role. In her place, director Marie Kreutzer accepted the award and gave a sensational speech that aimed at two things. In the first part of her speech she defended the nomination of Corsetfollowing it was criticized because Florian Teichtmeister plays the role of the emperor and because a second person accused of harassment is said to have been involved in the film.
