A quarter of the people in Austria will have to pay special attention to the ORF in the future if, according to the new ORF law, everyone is to pay an ORF contribution from 2024: 25 percent of people find it “rather not” or “not at all” important that it public service broadcasting, says an ORF survey from March. What the audience expects from the ORF for its contribution is shown by a survey commissioned by the ORF Audience Council on the assessment of the many statutory mandates to the ORF.
