If it is advisable to drink regularly during the day, this is all the more true in summer. In order to avoid dehydration, it is advisable to drink at least 1.5 liters per day. Water wouldn’t be the most thirst-quenching drink
At the start of summer, hydration is a key point to withstand the heat.
