Fourth: – I ask the head of the delegation that, in the event that the Supreme Commission agrees to run in the presidential elections, the door for candidacy is opened for those of the members of the Supreme Commission who wish to run, as stated in the party’s bylaw, Article 19 bis, which states the following:
