After a slight decline at the end of last year, property prices have risen once more. Here is what emerges from the figures produced by Statbel.
In Wallonia, Walloon Brabant has almost the monopoly of the most expensive houses and apartments, with the exception of Arlon which is in the province of Luxembourg.
Here are the five Walloon municipalities in which the median house price is the highest in the first quarter of 2023:
Lasnes: €632,000
Waterloo : 575.000 euros
Rixensart: 500,000 euros
Chaumont-Gistoux: 470,000 euros
Hulpe: 462,500 euros

Braine-l’Alleud: 278,000 euros
