Director Steffi Xavier said that she tried to make fun of the caste system in the film Madura Manohara Moham. “It is true that the caste system still exists in the society. This is not a film regarding caste politics. Discrimination can be seen in many places even in the eating utensils. We have tried to troll this kind of caste system in a satirical form, in a small way that suits the story”, says Steffi Xavier. The director spoke regarding the film at a press conference held in Kochi.
Along with the director, producer and screenwriters Jai Vishnu and Mahesh Gopal, editor Malavika, stars Saiju Kurup, Rajisha Vijayan, Arsha Baiju, Altaf Salim and music director Jibin Gopal also attended the press meet. Produced by B3M Creations following Bullet Diaries, the film is written by Mahesh Gopal and Jai Vishnu. Chandru Selvaraj is the cameraman of the film. Steffy and team have prepared a full-length entertainer with a backdrop of laughter.
After the films Hridiya and Mike, this is also the film where Hisham Abdul Wahab is directing the music. Newcomer Jibin Gopal has composed the background score and promo song of the film. Vijayaraghavan, Bindu Panicker, Altaf Salim, Biju Sopanam, Arsha Baiju and Sunil Sukhada have played the other lead roles. The film is edited by Appu Bhattathiri and Malavika VN.
