In two different weeks, two lawyers tried to enter the Piñero prison with undeclared cell phonesin episodes of visits to inmates who defend in a particular way. One of them is from Rosario and the other from Venado Tuerto.
The proceedings occurred on June 7 and June 13, but went beyond this long weekend. In the first of them was involved the Rosario lawyer David V., who went to Piñero to interview two prisoners. In the interview, she stated that she had his personal phone number, but when she went through the body scanner, they detected two more cell phoneswho were kidnapped and started administrative proceedings.
The second event had as protagonist Sergio C., a lawyer from Venado Tuerto, who went to jail to see a single inmate. When he went through the body scanner, two cell phones were found, when he had only stated that he had his own. the other appliance he carried it inside his jacket and it was turned off.
Due to both situations, notices were given to the Bar Associations of the corresponding constituencies.
