Samsung has just launched another initiative that brings even more convenience and practicality to people who want to change their smartphones. This is the Vale Mais – Troca Smart program, in which it is possible to offer your used cell phone, tablet or smartwatch in the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy smartphone. The value of the used device varies according to the new device chosen, and can reach up to R$ 5,400.
The process is completely online. Devices from different brands, not just Samsung, are accepted, allowing people to use their old or unused smartphones, smartwatches, tablets and other products in exchange for a new Samsung Galaxy.
“In our ‘Vale Mais’ campaign, there is an overvaluation of the used device, offering an immediate benefit to customers, making the acquisition of a new device an unprecedented and advantageous experience”, explains Daniel Couri, senior director of e-commerce at Samsung Brazil.
How to use Vale Mais – Samsung Smart Exchange
To use Vale Mais – Troca Smart, just enter the site and view the devices included in the program, which have the option “Troca Smart — Cash on account”. Then you will see a brief summary of each smartphone, in addition to the bonus that can be applied at the time of exchange. After choosing the device, just click on “Buy now” and continue on the Samsung website.
In addition to the reduction in the total purchase price, the customer can also earn an extra bonus of up to R$500 when sending the old device to Trocafone. The value varies according to the company’s assessment and table and is received in cash up to 30 days following purchase.
For example, when purchasing a 1TB Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G*, you can get a discount of up to BRL 5,400 off the total price of the smartphone, plus a bonus of up to BRL 500 if you send your current device to Trocafone.
