It’s the last straight line. The Algerian Minister of Finance, Laaziz Fayed, presented on June 11 a project of law governing the general rules relating to public contracts, before the Finance and Budget Committee of the Algerian National People’s Assembly.
“The text of the law aims to ensure a better framework for public contracts, taking into account consideration the profound changes in the country’s economic situation, through the consolidation of production and the national production tool, in particular labeled start-ups, small businesses or micro-businesses”, explained the minister.
