The French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) is an association recognized as being of public utility. It represents the Olympic movement on French territory and promotes the fundamental principles and values of Olympism. He organizes and directs the French delegation to the Olympic Games and to competitions sponsored by the IOC. Representing the entire sports movement in the territory, the CNOSF brings together 110 national sports federations and associated members, and their 180,000 sports associations.
In this context, we are looking for a High-Level Athletes Commission Project Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Missions
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, your main tasks will be to:
- Coordinate the work of the CNOSF High-Level Athletes Commission, attached to the cabinet: organization and follow-up of meetings, follow-up of the commission’s roadmap and the various thematic projects in conjunction with the co-presidents and members of the commission as well as with the CNOSF clusters and ecosystem stakeholders, etc. ;
- Support the organization of the mobilization of high-level athletes on various events organized by the CNOSF or by the various stakeholders;
- Support the management of the athlete dimension of Club France de La Villette in 2024;
- Participate in cooperation and project sharing with the various stakeholders, and in particular with the IOC Athletes’ Commission, the Paris 2024 Athletes’ Commission, the National Sports Agency, the Athletes’ Committee of the Agence Française de fight once morest doping, the French Association of Olympians, the French Sports Foundation, Sport in France, etc. ;
- Assist the members of the firm with all daily activities, and in particular by monitoring the themes addressed by the firm and by participating in the drafting of notes, speeches and reports as well as the preparation of meetings and institutional events.
Profile
Holder of a Bac+5 ideally in management or sports law, you justify a first successful experience with a sports organization and / or with high-level athletes.
You have a good institutional knowledge of the sports environment, its players and its national and international issues.

- Aptitude for political communication,
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing (C1/C2).
Conditions
Starting date: August 21, 2023
Contract: CDD _ Full time _ Executive (CCNS)
Duration: 18 months
Remuneration: according to profile and experience over 13.5 months with a variable bonus
