Wild boars search in the Sparbach nature park
The Sparbach Nature Park is located at the gates of Vienna, more precisely in the municipality of Hinterbrühl. Here you can hike, picnic, barbecue or look out for wild animals. The nature park is best known for its wild boar population, which roams freely in the park. With a bit of luck, you’ll run into a few of them. But a visit to the ruins of Johannstein, the triumphal arch and the ruins of the Köhlerhaus are also worthwhile.
