A delegation of African leaders, including South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, was in Ukraine on Friday for a mediation mission between that country and Russia, greeted in the morning by a Russian missile attack that targeted the Kiev region. The African mission began its journey with a visit to Boutcha, a suburb of kyiv where the Russian army is accused of having massacred civilians.
Malians are called to the polls, Sunday, June 18, to approve or not a new Constitution submitted by the military in power to a referendum.
