It is reported that the arrested man is a 39-year-old Chinese man surnamed Fu, who is a graphic designer by profession.

According to police investigations, the man bought a broken Nintendo 3DS in January this year, then purchased parts from a Chinese website for repairs, and finally packaged it together with the game software he copied for sale on a flea market website.
