With the presence of 37 parliamentarians, the Río Negro Legislature began the fifth session of this period on Thursday morning. the agenda It includes eight bills in the first round and four that have already been ratified in the second round following their treatment in the previous plenary.
Two initiatives of the Executive Branch are planned. One that proposes modify the Cooperative Advisory Councilin relation to the term of the mandates, and another adhere to chapter I of the Tariff Regime of the law that exempts Volunteer Firefighters from paying public services.
The proposed project will also be considered. modify the law of Conflict Resolution Self-composition Methods, in the article that deals with the suspension of prescription and expiration in mediation as in judicial conciliation and makes clarifications in the section that refers to the conclusion of the agreement.
Two other initiatives included in the agenda are those that promote the obligatory nature of training in Human Rights and in the Rights of Boys, Girls and Adolescentsto all public administration personnel.
In addition, the regulation of the professional practice of health agents in the province of Río Negro will be discussed, with the aim of establishing its regulatory framework and contributing to the hierarchy of the activity.
The Chamber will also review the granting of a Special Sports License to all amateur athletes who, as a consequence of their activity, are designated to participate in regional, provincial, national and international championships and the institution of the Homemade Chorizo Festival, in Villa Regina.

The four projects that will be considered for sanction are:
