In the Yvelines, a man wanted to buy drugs. But instead of getting narcotics, he was beaten, threatened and had his car stolen. His two attackers were arrested.
The deal that went wrong took place on Sunday around 6:30 a.m. in the town of Plaisir. A 22-year-old man took his car and drove to a deal point to buy drugs, reports “The Parisian”.
As he waited for a salesperson to approach or wave at him, two men, ages 19 and 20, opened the doors and entered his vehicle.
The two men punched the young driver several times and threatened him with a knife. They forced him to drive to his home in the neighboring town of Villepreux. There they unloaded him and drove off with his car.
Alerted, the police managed to quickly locate the stolen car and arrest the two men, who were taken into custody for extortion.
The investigation, specifies the Parisian daily, will have to determine if the young victim was chosen at random or if the extortion was linked to a debt for drugs.
